Can you still refi if you are underwater?

I own a home in Fountain Hills and I owe 980000 and it worth around 800000 Do I have any way to refi.  My current rate is 6.75 and 30 year fixed

I also own my business for 11 years and have used stated income in the past.  Do you have advice?

Joe,

Unfortunatly there are no loans available "that I have been able to find" for those who are upside down on a Jumbo loan.  FNMA offers a DU Refi plus if you are under 417,000  but even then you have to fully qualify.  If you can ride out the storm things should turn but it will take a few more years.
